Do you pull permits?
Yes. Panel upgrades, EV chargers, new circuits and rewiring all get a permit and inspection where the city requires one. We handle the paperwork and schedule the inspector.
Why does my breaker keep tripping?
Usually an overloaded circuit, a faulty appliance or a wiring fault. A breaker that trips repeatedly is doing its job, so don’t keep resetting it. Call us and we’ll find the cause.
Do I need a panel upgrade to add an EV charger?
Not always. We check your panel’s capacity and your home’s real load first. Many homes can add a Level 2 charger without a full upgrade.
Is a flickering light dangerous?
One flickering bulb is usually just the bulb. Flickering in several rooms, a warm switch plate or a burning smell can mean a loose connection: switch off that circuit if you can and call us.
